About BreatheCove
A calmer starting point for anxious moments.
BreatheCove is an independent digital wellness project developed in India. We publish free, plain-language education and build practical tools for anxiety and everyday stress.
Our purpose
Make the next step easier to understand
Anxiety can make information feel urgent, confusing, or overwhelming. BreatheCove organises educational guides by the situations people actually search for: panic sensations, health worries, sleep, overthinking, social fears, travel, stress, relationships, and practical coping skills.
The website is built so a person can read one relevant guide without creating an account. The mobile app adds pre-recorded calming audio and a browsable self-help library for moments when reading feels like too much.
Publisher
Who is responsible for this website?
BreatheCove publishes and maintains this website and app. We do not invent clinical credentials or present the project as a medical service. Public-health sources used for educational context are identified on relevant article pages, and those organisations do not endorse BreatheCove.
For full details about research, drafting, updates, corrections, and the role of software-assisted production, read our editorial standards.
Honest boundaries
Education and self-help—not healthcare
BreatheCove is not therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, emergency support, or a replacement for a qualified professional. We do not promise to treat, cure, or prevent an anxiety disorder. A general guide cannot know your medical history, personal circumstances, or immediate safety.
If symptoms are new, severe, rapidly worsening, or medically concerning, seek appropriate medical care. If you may be in immediate danger or unable to keep yourself safe, use local emergency or crisis services now. See our urgent help and safety guidance.
Open library
Free articles, without an account
Every article shown in the web library is a published item marked free in BreatheCove. Essential in-app help is intended to remain free as the wider app library grows. Store availability, pricing, and subscription terms are shown by Apple or Google at the point of download or purchase.
Accountability
