1. The service
BreatheCove provides pre-created calming audio, educational articles, organization by topics and situations, and related app features. By using the website or app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Wellness self-help only
BreatheCove provides general educational and self-help content. It is not therapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, clinical monitoring, emergency support, or a substitute for qualified professional care. Content may not be appropriate for every person or situation.
3. Safety and emergencies
If you may harm yourself or someone else, are in immediate danger, or may be having a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or local crisis support now. Do not rely on BreatheCove for an emergency response. The in-app Get Help Now information is intended to remain free to access.
4. Accounts
An account is optional for browsing but may be required for actions such as playback outside essential help, comments, downloads, contact features, or future purchases. You are responsible for the security of your sign-in method and activity under your account. You may request deletion from Profile.
5. Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
Optional Premium access may be offered as an auto-renewing monthly subscription through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Eligible new subscribers may receive a one-week introductory trial. The relevant store shows the price, billing period, trial eligibility, renewal conditions, and applicable taxes before purchase.
Subscriptions renew under the terms displayed by the store until cancelled. Uninstalling the app does not itself cancel a subscription. Android users can manage a Google Play subscription or use Google Play’s refund process. Apple users can use Apple billing and subscription support. Refund eligibility is determined by the store and applicable law. BreatheCove does not accept payment on this website.
6. Comments, messages, and acceptable use
If comments or contact features are available, submissions must be respectful and lawful. Do not post harmful instructions, harassment, unlawful material, spam, impersonation, private information without permission, or content that infringes another person’s rights. Reported, unsafe, or inappropriate content may be reviewed, hidden, or removed.
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, scrape protected content, bypass access controls, or redistribute app content without permission.
7. Content and service changes
Content, features, supported devices, languages, subscription availability, and prices may change. The service may be updated, paused, or discontinued. Backend-driven sections can change without an app release, while new visual functionality may require an updated app.
8. Intellectual property
BreatheCove’s name, branding, application design, original audio, articles, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
9. Disclaimer and responsibility
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. While reasonable care is taken, BreatheCove does not promise uninterrupted availability or that every item will be suitable for every user. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
